                 本產品包含6種已知分子量的凍干標準蛋白質組成,每種蛋白質含量約為40微克。分子量范圍為14.4-97.4kD,可以用來判斷 SDS-PAGE未知蛋白的分子量。


              1. 低分子量蛋白干粉混合物開封后加入200μl  1×變性蛋白上樣緩沖液中,徹底溶解后-20℃貯存。

              2. 使用方法:

              a  使用前置于常溫融化后,徹底混勻,沸水浴中加熱5分鐘后上樣。

              注:上樣量根據膠的厚度和梳子的寬度確定。一般說來,0.75mm×5mm(厚度×寬度)的加樣孔上樣10 μl,其他規格梳子請適當調整上樣量。

              b 電泳結束后,染色,觀察結果。
