              Broad Molecular Weight Protein Marker

                -20保存,開封后有效期12個月。

              產品簡介:

                  本產品包含14種蛋白質混合物,分子量范圍為10kD-200kD,經過SDS-PAGE電泳,用考馬斯亮藍染色后可以得到14條帶,可以用來判斷SDS-PAGE電泳后蛋白質的分子量。


              使用說明:

              a 第一次收到該產品,室溫融化后,徹底混勻,離心快甩將溶液完全收集到管底,根據需

              要適量分裝成小管,-20貯存,每次取一小管使用。

              b 取出分裝后的Marker,常溫融化,輕柔徹底混勻,管底不能見沉淀物。

              注:Marker為即用型,用前不要高溫處理!

              c 上樣量根據膠的厚度和梳子的寬度確定。一般說來,0.75mm×5mm(厚度×寬度)的加樣孔上樣5μl,其他規格梳子請適當調整上樣量。

              注:使用銀染時,由于靈敏度高于考馬斯亮藍染色方法,可以適當降低Marker上樣量。

              d 電泳結束后,染色,觀察結果。

              電泳結果如出現帶型缺失現象或樣品聚集在分離膠上沿,可在Marker中加入終濃度為100mMDTT后再上樣。
