              D2000 plus II DNA Ladder(D5000 DNA ladder)

              ● 產品編號及規格:

                 RTM438-02       100T(2×250μl)

              ● 產品簡介:

              本產品是由9條帶狀雙鏈DNA組成,適用于瓊脂糖凝膠電泳中DNA條帶的分析。產品中已含有1×loading buffer,可根據實驗需要,直接取2-5μl電泳,使用方便,電泳圖像清晰。8條帶的大小分別為100,250,500,750,1000,1500,2000,3000,5000bp。其中750bp條帶為100ng/5μl,顯示加亮帶,其余條帶濃度為50ng/5μl。


              ● 儲存條件:

                4 貯存6個月;-20℃貯存一年。

              ● 使用方法:

              1. 2-5μl本產品加入到瓊脂糖凝膠的加樣孔中就行電泳。

              注:根據梳子的厚度和寬度進行上樣。每1mm×1mm(厚度×寬度)加樣孔上樣1μl。窄齒梳子(一般為1mm×2mm)上樣2μl;寬齒梳子(一般為1mm×5mm)上樣5μl。如果使用厚齒梳子或寬于5mm的梳子,可以適當調整上樣量。

              2. 建議電泳條件:凝膠濃度為1.0-2.0%,凝膠長度5-7cm,電泳電壓4-10v/cm,電泳時間25-30分鐘。

              3. 通過EB染色后紫外燈下觀察條帶。

              注:如果使用Goldview等染料就行染色,由于靈敏度比EB低,請酌情增加Marker的上樣量。

              ● 注意事項:

              1. 瓊脂糖的質量對DNA的電泳有很大影響,電泳時請盡量使用質量優等的瓊脂糖。

               2. 請使用新鮮配制的電泳緩沖液和新鮮配制的瓊脂糖凝膠進行電泳,以保證Marker良好的分離效果。
